BLACK SAPOTE (CHOCOLATE PUDDING FRUIT) JAM RECIPE. Tastes great.





This jam is REALLY worth the effort. Recipe:- 2.2kg black sapote pulp. 1.4 kg raw sugar. juice & zest of 2 lemons. cook for 1 hr. constantly stirring to stop spitting. As the fruit ripens, you can store the pulp in the freezer until your ready to make the jam. That's what I did.
